Baggage allowance is determined by your purchased fare.

We would like to inform you that from January 01, 2023, paid check-in at self-registration counters and check-in counters at airports will be introduced on all flights of FlyArystan Airlines. and other similar items listed above.

We recommend pregnant women to familiarize themselves with the airline's requirements before their intended departure.
The passenger service agent and the flight attendant have the right to request supporting certificates of pregnancy and general health status.

Transportation of pets is allowed by aircraft, more detailed requirements can be found on the official websites of airlines.

FlyArystan passengers are allowed to take small cats, dogs and fish, turtles (up to 8 kg) into the cabin (PETC). When transporting fish, passengers must indicate their number, size and weight of the container for their transportation, as well as the total weight.
Passengers traveling with animals cannot purchase paid seats in the 1st and emergency rows. No more than one passenger with a confirmed service for the carriage of an animal in the cabin is allowed in one row.

Cats and dogs weighing over 8 kg can be transported in the cargo hold of the aircraft (AVIH).
Birds and rodents cannot be carried in the cabin or as checked baggage. It is allowed to transport birds in the cargo compartments of an aircraft with an air waybill.
The shipping container must be strong enough to prevent it from getting out while traveling. In addition, the bottom of the container must be impervious to liquids and must have openings for ventilation and feeding of the animals. If the container is equipped with wheels, then during the flight they should be removed or blocked. In addition, the container must be large enough for the animal to stand up and lie down naturally.
Documents required for the transportation of animals:
• Veterinary passport for your pet
• Veterinary certificate
All of the above documents are required to be submitted when registering an application for the transportation of your pet, immediately before departure.
When transporting small fish, you need:
1 aquarium or glass jar with a lid (which must have a hole for air) and the minimum amount of water necessary for the safe existence of the fish during transportation. It is not permitted to transport fish in plastic bags and such transport will be refused.

Animals Carried in Cargo Holds (AVIH)
When transporting AVIH, the maximum weight is 50 kg, including the weight of the container. Animals over this limit are accepted for carriage as cargo with an air waybill. Animals weighing more than 40 kg must be transported in strong wooden containers.

When transporting AVIH, no more than two animals of approximately the same size, which are accustomed to living together, can be transported in one container, and the weight of each animal should not exceed 14 kg. Animals weighing more than 14 kg are transported in separate containers. It is allowed to transport no more than three animals of the same litter in one container, the age of which does not exceed six months.

The age of the animals accepted for transportation must not be less than 3 months.

Passengers are informed through soundannouncements of the opening/closing of check-in/boarding, arrival/departure of flights, as well asthrough information boards, which are equipped withthe check-in area, departure halls.

For flights to international destinations, check-in ofpassengers and baggage at the airport starts 3 hoursand ends 40 minutes before the scheduled departuretime.
For flights to domestic destinations, check-in ofpassengers and baggage at the airport starts 2 hoursand ends 40 minutes before the scheduled departuretime.
If the passenger has committed offenses, including:
created a situation that threatens the safety of the flightor the life of another person;
created a situation threatening the health, honor anddignity of other passengers and air personnel, allowedverbal abuse or physical violence towards them;
deliberately obstructed crew members in theperformance of their duties;
refused to comply with the crew's safety requirements;
refused to fasten seat belts when the “fasten seat belts” sign was on and violated the airline's no-smokingpolicy on board the aircraft;
committed a criminal offence;
drank own alcoholic beverages, including thosepurchased from duty-free shops, other than thoseoffered on board as part of the standard service;
refused to comply with the recommendations of crewmembers to limit the drinking of alcoholic beverages;
used electronic devices and means of communicationduring taxiing, takeoff and landing of the aircraft;
threatened with the use of an explosive device;
created conditions that are uncomfortable for otherpassengers and hinder the work of crew members;
damaged the property belonging to the airline and/orremoved it from the aircraft,
then in such cases the right to take the followingmeasures to suppress and prevent unacceptablebehavior:
refuse to transport the passenger to the finaldestination;
transfer the passenger to the law enforcement agenciesof the state of landing of the aircraft with subsequentprosecution under the laws of the host country.
